Açaí (Euterpea oleracea Mart.), is the palm found in states in the north region of the country, with Amazon climate, and in some states in the northeast region. It is a species that has multiple uses. It contains a high amount of Vitamin E, being therefore a natural antioxidant, important in eliminating free radicals. It has a large amount of fiber, which favors intestinal transit. The high potassium and calcium contents makes açai a nutritionally complete food. It also contains Vitamin B1 or Thiamine and a high content of anthocyanin pigments, which are powerful antioxidants, favoring better blood circulation.

It is a product rich in caffeine acting on the ability to improve concentrating and reasoning capability.
